Okay there has been a startling lack of additions to the site recently, unfortunately it will be a few months before I can make any more, things have been getting on top of me recently. So I haven't forgotten about the site, I will be back to maintaining it properly hopefully soon. Anyway theres a new link up check it out. Will 7/5/03

Well Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all. We have a new message board so any body who joined before will have to rejoin and I hope that some more people will join this one. I will get some new routines up in the new year  but it has been quite hectic recently so see you all soon. Will 26/12/02
 
One last thing the new message board has no pop-ups, so that is better. It was what I wanted all along but when you are doing stuff with a budget of nothing it's not so easy to get things you want. Anyway there will be some new routines up as soon as I lose some Christmas weight. Will 27/12/02
